A brand new customer service role has just come in for our client who is going through a period of expansion based in Halesowen.
They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their lovely customer service team and become the ‘voice’ of the business.

Salary = £16,500-18,000 depending on experience (starting salary)
Hours = 39.5 hours a week, Typical hours are 9-5:30pm but client needs flexibility between 7am-7pm (Would only work 8 hours on an early or late)
Overtime is paid
• Answering customer queries over phone and email
• Order processing
• Completing quotes
• Work with customers across UK, Europe and Middle East
• Account management of repeat customers
• Performing research to answer queries
• Customer visits and exhibitions when necessary
The ideal candidate:
• Enthusiastic, bubbly, outgoing and pleasant
• Strong telephone manner
• Based locally to Halesowen
• Previous telephone based customer service experience is desirable
• Can organise own workload
