My client based in Epsom are looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to join their expanding team.

You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries, responding promptly, accurately and efficiently to enquiries for both existing and prospective customers
- Issue relevant literature, illustrations and applications forms for products to existing and prospective customers
- Promote products and services
- Acknowledge applications received by letter, telephone or email
- Proactively follow up applications made by customers
- Maintain filing system
- Provide cover for absent colleagues in other departments if necessary
- Produce reports
- Accurately update records
- Carry out market research and analysis

Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience working within a customer service role
- Experience working within the financial services industry is desirable
- Good administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
- Minimum grade B in English at Maths at GCSE level

This is a full-time position working at in the clients head office with regular working hours being 37.5 per week over Monday to Friday. You will also be included in a Saturday morning rota (9am-12pm, normally 1 in 4 Saturdays).
