Reed Recruitment are currently recruiting for a new Customer Service Advisor to start working for a Manufacturing client based in both Felixstowe and Martlesham.

The position is typically based in Martlesham but can also be based in Felixstowe so it is beneficial to have your own transport but not essential.

Your role will very much involve answering inbound calls from their clients and providing excellent customer service.

You will be helping with queries, opening, amending and closing accounts for their clients.

This is a full time role offering 40 hours per week. The working hours will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm, for example your shift will be 8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm. You will also be required to work one Saturday per month (you would get a day off mid-week should you work the Saturday).

This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity with start dates in either August or September but we will be interviewing wthin the next 2 weeks. You will initially receive 2 weeks paid training when you start and you will then move in to your team after that period. Providing everything goes well with your role, you will then be offered the Permanent position which is usually offered within 8 weeks.

We are looking for candidate's that have customer service experience so transferable skills can be applied.
