French speaking Customer Service rep

My client is a Global company with an office in Bracknell where they are looking for a French speaking Customer Service rep to liaise with their office in France. The successful candidate would need to have the ability in French (both written & spoken) to business level with strong attention to detail and an analytical eye. In this role you will be providing an excellent level of customer service from customer setup, reviewing delivery guidelines, receiving and processing orders, working with our warehouse, responsible for product compliance, through to successful deliveries of orders to all French customers.

Role responsibilities will include:
• Providing excellent customer services, written, verbally and face to face
• Ensuring all goods for delivery into French Retail partners are compliant in respect to the EU standards in the retail sector
• Adhering to any stock allocations before releasing orders to our 3rd party warehouse’s or pre-allocating orders, and ensuring commitments to customers are honoured
• Responsible for splitting, grouping and updating orders
• Reviewing customer open orders on a weekly basis and sharing directly with French customer and relevant French account managers
• Processing orders onto JDE Oracle system (manual and EDI orders) and releasing to our 3rd Party Warehouse’s in a timely manner taking into account customer requirements
• Maintaining all open orders on JDE Oracle (eg changes to quantities, dates, pricing, month of shipment ).

Desired skills:
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of EU product compliance for product supply into the retail sector
• Previous experience of delivering into some of our French retail partners
• Strong experience with MS office specifically Excel & also a working knowledge of Oracle would be desired
