Specialists in Electrical products with a reputation of excellence are currently looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join their growing business on a full time, permanent basis. This is a senior role in their business and is key to the running of overall operations.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Commercial analysis and reporting
- Ensuring efficient running of Internal Sales and Customer Service teams
- Ensuring all documentation and reports are accurate and up to date.
- Customer management including complaints escalations, complex order enquiries.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of company operations.
- Staff training
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Be able to work to strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel at an advanced level
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Previous experience working in a similar role
