Customer Solutions Officer Required ASAP!!!

You would be responsible for the day to day resolution of complaints made by customers in accordance with Affinity Sutton complaints policy and procedure along side the management of complaints received from keys stakeholders acting on behalf of our residents.
The post holders will also analyse customer feedback i.e. complaints, suggestions and compliments to identify trends and lessons learnt to be used to continuously improve services.

Contract: Temp to Fixed Term Contract
Working Days: Monday- Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Duties:
1) Actively seek resolution of complaints by liaising with customers to understand their issues. 
2) Keep customers informed throughout the process by phone and/or in writing. Using plain English and positive language.
3)Arrange compensation payments inline with our procedure. Monitor/report on the number compensation payments being awarded to resolve complaints
4) Keep MP’s and Councillors informed throughout the process by phone and in writing.
5) To co-ordinate and manage contact between the customers, the business areas, partner contractors and outside agencies. Escalate issues where appropriate to the Customer Solutions Team Leader.

Essential Criteria:
1) Complaint Management and Customer Service Experience
2) Stakeholder Management Experience
3) Experience working in an environment which includes quality, productivity and behavioural targets.
