The client is a well established retail organisation which is offering a salary of £19-21k.

This is a 12 month contract with the view to potentially go permanent.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

*Acknowledging all customers complaints within 24 hours of receipt (telephone, letter, social media, e-retail)
*Resolving all complaints to ensure customers and consumers are delighted within a 5 days subject to complaint complexity.
*Logging the complaints information and compiling a quarterly analysis report for the Senior Management Team highlighting any complaint trends
*To liaise with relevant team members to ensure a desired outcome
*Support the Customer Service Team with order in-putting to ensure all trade orders are on the system within the working day
*Assisting Marketing and Sales Teams with all sample requests
*Advising Marketing and Technical departments of any abnormal increase in customer complaints
*To provide administration support to Sales & Marketing Departments

•Good customer service skills
•Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
•Professional telephone manner
•A professional and empathetic approach
•Understanding of general office etiquette within a busy environment
•Team player

Experience/skills Required:

•At least 2 years experience in an administrative function
•Experience of Customer Service is desirable
•MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential
