REED Business Support are working together with a national healthcare organisation to recruit a Customer Service Manager for their Ashburton site.

Duties for the role will include, but not be limited to;
• Managing and aiding the development of exceptional after sales support to all customers.
• Providing support to senior management 
• Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Implementing training and development programmes for all team members.
• Delivering all services in line with TSA and ISO 9001 frameworks
• Assist senior management with logging and managing the complaints process 
• Responsible for ensuring all written communication with customers meets company standard
• Managing cross functional working and providing support to other departmental managers.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in line management, ideally in a customer service environment, as well as excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will have strong experience in handling and resolving difficult situations and good analytical skills in order to monitor departmental and individual performances.

Proven working with Microsoft Office Suite, minimum of intermediate level, plus good computer literacy is also necessary.
