A leading company in the tourism industry are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their Customer Service team based in Battersea, SW London. The organisation strive to give the best customer service, reducing complaints and increasing customer satisfaction - they want an experienced Manager/Team Leader who supports this ethos. This will be a varied role which will see the successful applicant get hands on with the sales and customer service of the company.

You will be responsible for the monitoring of customer satisfaction as well as reporting on KPI's and targets - assisting with sales reports. You will manage a team and make sure policies are followed. There will be an element of getting out to meet with clients who make larger bookings to ensure future sales and to maintain strong customer relations.

Essential Criteria:
Experience within the hospitality/leisure/tourism industry
High standards of customer service
Experience leading/managing a customer service team
Professional attitude
Ability to make quick decisions
Strong IT skills
