I am currently working with a long establish, reputable organisation who have their HQ in Harlow who due to expansion are looking for several new Advisors to join their team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for answering and resolving multi-channel contact and taking ownership from delivering a high quality service to their beneficiaries. You will be working with a fast paced environment, dealing with a wide range of enquiries.
Advisors are the first point of contact for beneficiaries, dealing effectively with requests, answering queries and taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion. They also work with other departments within the organisation to ensure beneficiary experience is at it’s highest level.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in a contact centre, or another environment with a similar high volume customer/client telephone interaction.
• Experience in investigation or information gathering (either from work experience… or potentially University work – a dissertation perhaps)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office
