Customer Service Executive – Temporary - £10.66 p/h
We are excited to be partnering again with one of our well established clients close to Central Bristol. You will be working for a large dynamic independent Insurance Company, as a Customer Service Executive.
This role starts as a part time opportunity, two days a week in June then from July it will be a full time role 35 hours.
The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and able to communicate well with clients. This role involves calling clients and asking if they would like a renewal on their current policy. The broker will speak with the client once the appointment has been arranged to go over the finer detail.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Calling existing clients to establish if they are looking to renew their current policy
• Making outbound calls to clients and building a rapport to establish their current needs
• Recording data on in house system
The ideal candidate will enjoy delivering exceptional service and be self-motivated. This role could evolve into a permanent opportunity.
The role will be based in the office, our client will be adhering to social distancing policies due to the covid-19 situation
