We are recruiting for an Office Based Customer Service Executive to join an employer of choice with offices in Welwyn Garden City.
This is a busy role which is varied and will involve you being able to juggle many different tasks at once.
Typical duties include:
Answer phone calls from customers and resolve queries
Process customer orders and process payments
Proactively contact existing customers to advise them of new products
Accurately update internal CRM system
Reply to customer emails
Administration on behalf of external staff including diary management and processing expenses
The Successful person will:
Have previous office-based customer service experience
Be pro active and enjoy providing an outstanding customer experience every time
Be organised and able to self manage a busy workload
