My Client based in Ipswich is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their small, friendly team on a full time, Monday-Friday basis.

Responsibilities would include sales support, assisting with customer enquiries both over the phone and via email, answering questions that they have about the order process, and recommending products if necessary. You will process their orders, recording all data on the internal system and liaising with other teams within the business, in order to keep the customer as updated as possible. There will be general administration responsibilities alongside this.

The main requirement for this position is a friendly and positive telephone manner, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure! Previous customer service or administration experience will be essential, and sales support or account management experience would be beneficial. You will be supporting a lot of customers in the events industry, so you must be happy to work at a fast pace and have a good attention to detail!

Along with sociable working hours, the company offers free car parking on site, regular social events, and a competitive salary starting at £16,800 per annum. An immediate start is available if required.
