Our established client is currently recruiting for a customer service executive who has strong IT skills.  

This role is based a short walk from Watford Junction and the role is to start as soon as possible.

Key responsiblities:

· To renew scheme contracts.
· To undertake the administration of scheme new business.
· To maintain ownership of any scheme client query.
· To process and manage Activity & Turnover Declarations
.  Anomaly checking
.  Prepare and attend anomaly meetings
. Administration and management of outstanding declarations
. Liaise with Commercial on policy anomalies
. Annual anomaly checks

To process and manage Credit Limit Charges:
1. To complete the Quarterly Credit Limit process
2. To liaise with Information Systems on Credit Limit data issues
3. To complete the validation and submission of Credit Limit invoicing
4. Liaise with Finance on Credit Limit invoicing related issues
- To process and manage Commercial month end
1. Validation of contract numbers & statuses in GCC compared to CofaFlow
2. Confirmation to Finance of the successful validation of contracts
3. Liaise with Finance on month end queries as and when required
4. Provide month end reporting

· To be flexible and take on other tasks as required by the department.
· The company may require you from time to time to be present outside of core business hours to ensure SLA’s are achieved.

The successful candidate will be:

- Resilient and confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Familiar with the insurance industry
- Confident in reporting and analysis
- Have strong IT skills and have a keen eye for detail
