Are you a strong communicator who is very meticulous in your working approach and also able to work in a fast paced environment?

My client are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive/Sales Administrator to join their team in Maldon.

Your prime responsibility is to ensure that all processes and orders are carried out with maximum efficiency, effectiveness and quality.

Key Duties:

• Acting as the first line of contact for the company, receiving sales orders from customers via phone, email or fax
• Covering all Customer Service activities on a daily basis
• Effectively communicating with customers to update them on sales orders, out of stock issues or delays in dispatching goods
• Liaising with customer. Business Development & Account Managers to resolve any queries with orders, prices, stock and deliveries
• Ensuring all invoices are printed on daily basis and sent to customers within 24 hours of the sales order being dispatched
• Dealing with all complaints and incidents that are not quality related and escalate to manager when needed
• General ad-hoc administration duties as they arise

Skills and Experience needed:

A minimum of 2 years Customer Service or Administration experience in an office environment
Previous experience of taking orders over the telephone
Previous experience within a Manufacturing/Distribution sector would be desirable
Must be proficient on MS Excel
Experience on Sage 200 would be desirable
Good with numbers and dealing with statistical information
Excellent communication skills

Further Details

Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Salary: £19,000 per annum plus bonus
