Customer Service Executive wanted for our fantastic firm based in Blackburn!

Our client a well-established manufacturing firm are looking for an experienced Customer

Service professional to join their growing and happy team. This vacancy is to support the Customer Service and Customer Complaints team with the day to day business enquiries.

The role will require you to carry out the below tasks on a daily basis:-
. Receive and log B2B complaints
. Assess the nature of the complaint
. Progress complaints through internal systems and process in a timely fashion (KPIs in place)
. Liaise with customer and inter-department to resolve issues
. Make sound commercial decisions regarding complaint outcomes
. Keep internal systems and audit trails up to date
. Follow processes and procedures
. Deal with complex contract projects

This is a challenging multi-faceted role which will also require you to undertake Ad-Hoc requests and general administration.

To be suitable for this role you must have:-

. Customer Service experience
. Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
. Ability to handle challenging situations
. Be able to ‘think outside the box’ and be a problem solver
. Good interpersonal skills
. Excellent organisational ability

The core office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with half an hour for lunch.

Holidays per annum are 29 days plus 8 Bank Holidays and the generous salary on offer is up to £19k per annum dependent on experience.
