My client is London’s Premier aesthetic clinic and a go to destination for innovative and cutting edge technology.
They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales/Customer Service Representative to contribute in generating sales for the company. You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls to the clinic. The role involves converting enquiries to consultations and delivering a 5 star experience.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
• Contact potential or existing patients by outbound calling who have previously enquired through our website, to inform them about our products and treatments using scripts
• Answer questions about our products and the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and convert an enquiry into a booked consultation
• Direct prospects to the Clinic Director and Clinic Manager when needed
• Enter and update customer information onto our database, to include name, address, mobile number and email
• Book patients for consultations and treatments, understanding diary management guidelines
• Go the “extra mile” to meet clinic and own personal targets and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Ensure diary capacity is at an optimum level and that booking and attendance rates are in line with company expectation
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Comfortable and experienced in liaising and managing high profile and VIP clients
