A busy and rapidly expanding business in Bodmin is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their bright and vibrant Internal Sales Office.

The main purpose of this role will be managing the Customer experience from start to finish. 

Responsibilities include:

- Confirming and processing sales orders over the telephone
- Updating and processing orders/emails through the sales inbox
- Professional & efficient handling of sales enquiries to agreed standards
- Provide a comprehensive service to our customer base as direct by the Sales Office  Manager
- Monitor the warehouse shipments to ensure all paperwork has been received & all  orders are on schedule
- Advise customers on expected delivery days
- Arrange customers returns, non-conformances & return orders as appropriate
- Support the sales team always, passing on new leads, tracking leads & generating  new leads through outbound sales activity



The ideal candidate would need to have experience in customer service within an office environment, confident in working in a busy and fast paced role, and a minimum of 3 years experience of working in administration.
