Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a renowned company in Melksham. This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and provide valuable support to the Customer Service team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily communication with customers by telephone and email (inbound and outbound)
• Liaising with other departments in the business regarding customer issues and requests
• Using the company SAP & ERP systems to process sales orders
• Maintaining accurate customer records on the in-house system
• Working to resolve customer queries and complaints
• Attend and contribute to occasional key account customer meetings


The ideal candidate will have the following key skills:

• Previous experience in a challenging customer facing role
• Considerable experience communicating with customers by email, telephone etc.
• Ability to successfully manage the needs of challenging and demanding customers
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft, SAP and ERP packages
• You will demonstrate strong self-management and time management skills
