Working as part of the Client Liaison team, this is a multipurpose customer service role which consists of both outbound and inbound calls.
Outbound calls – To arrange quality customer client appointments after a marketing campaign for a new product or service.
Inbound calls – Answer incoming calls for: Appointments, Customer/ client product enquiry calls, Handling problems and complaints, Re-arrange appointments, First point of contact for any calls
Full training will be provided and there is great scope for onward progression within the company.
Normal office office hours Monday – Friday, no weekends!
