Customer Service Clerk with English-Supply Chain

REED are participating with a large international company with offices in Prague. We are looking for someone with excellent English language skills who is interested in customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team who will help you build your career!

Key responsibilities and activities:

- Replenishment of healthcare materials and equipment
- Maintenance of certain stock levels
- Placement of orders to predetermined suppliers
- Monitoring and coordination of the delivery process as well as communication with suppliers
- Management of equipment set-up, repair and maintenance (both planned and emergency)
- Serving as point of contact for the hospital staff in case of unplanned outages and issue resolution
- Invoicing and invoice issue resolution
- Complaints handling & follow-up

What we need from you:

- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Full working proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Customer oriented approach
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Confidence in communication
- Ability to embrace fast-paced environment and occasionally unpredictable events
- Agility and respect of deadlines
- General computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills (ability to interpret trends and issues from large volumes of unstructured data)
