We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our successful team to work our busy day and evening shifts as Market Research Telephone Interviewers.

If you're a great communicator and enjoy talking to people and hearing their opinions, this could be a great role for you.
We call people on behalf of financial institutions, energy providers, high street brand names and other companies to conduct research or customer satisfaction surveys. Call length can vary between 5-45 minutes on average depending on the survey, and the questions asked in the survey can differ depending on the answers that the Respondent gives. The role is varied and offers lots of opportunities to work on many different surveys.

Core Competencies
You need to have a clear, friendly and professional phone manner
You'll need to be fairly computer literate to use our systems.
You’ll need to be comfortable typing down people’s answers to your questions as they ask them.

We can offer flexible shift patterns (we are open 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday and some Saturdays too), free car parking, free tea and coffee and walking distance from train station.

Up to £10.19 per hour dependant on age.

For day work we require you to have B2B or previous call centre or telephone experience, if you don't have this, then you can work on our evening shift and move to day shifts after a successful training period.

The shifts which are available are:

Day shift:
9am or 9.30am start with the earliest finish being 1pm.
