My client is based in Northampton town centre and is looking to add 2 great customer focused members of staff to their team.
What can they offer me?
You'll be joining a busy, expanding and welcoming team of dedicated staff who are looking for like minded people to join their team. They have great staff retention, with many employees being there for over 10 years, because they take care of their staff and offer career progression.
You'll be working a shift pattern of 5 days that covers weekends, working 40 hours per week and with a starting salary of £15,600 In addition you will receive 20 days annual leave (+ bank holidays), company pension scheme enrolment and staff discounts.
Am I right for the job?
Your role will be to provide a high quality customer service experience through great communication and people skills so a background in a position where you can demonstrate these skills is an advantage. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, booking in appointments and general queries. They want someone with staying power and who can be a proud advocate for the store.
