My client in Ipswich are a successful shipping company and are looking for someone to join their Customer Service team. This is an entry level position, so training will be provided for the role, however they are looking for people that are driven, are computer literate and have a good attention to detail. The role will involve filling and creating files, using Excel, Outlook and internal systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress as you will be taught Customs Entries and other Customer Service skills and it will provide you with an opportunity to gain a successful career within a popular and growing industry.

They are offering a salary of £14,500 per annum with 25 days holiday and is a Monday to Friday position (9am-5.30pm with an hour lunch break). There will be possible opportunities for paid overtime.
