I am currently recruiting for an exceptional company in Ipswich Town Centre, supporting their search for a Customer Service & Billing Team Leader for a 1 year fixed term contract.

You will be working for a business that is very stable in the market, in a sector that is only going to see growth in the future. They take pride in supporting and developing their staff, and as a result have a low turnover of staff. You will be located in a modern open office with a friendly atmosphere.

The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage the team of Customer Service Executives in delivery excellent service to their existing customer portfolios, ensuring that statements and billing is provided on time, and all data is updated and accurate.

Other responsibilities will include –
• Manage any issues within the team, providing leadership, development and motivation to complete targets
• Ensure work is completed within deadlines and monitor KPIs
• Build strong business relationships with customers, keeping them updated on any billing/statements
• Support the Manager with reporting, project changes, and attend meetings where necessary

The successful candidate will be communicating to multiple teams so clear and confident communicate skills are essential! You will be organised and able to work efficiently under pressure, with previous team leader or management experience.

Salary is from £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, and they offer a fantastic benefits package including Monday-Friday working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, pension scheme and annual bonus scheme.
