Customer service agent - 6 MONTH FTC
Duties of the role will include:
- Handling customers orders and enquiries over the phone and email
- Make product recommendations to customers
- Enter orders on the system
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Adhere to data protection procedures
The ideal candidate will:
- Proven customer service experience (min 1 year)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook - testing may be required.
- Be energetic with a willingness to learn
This role is working 8am - 5pm. Start date ASAP. Please only apply if you have experience and no notice period.
