Customer Service / Customer Care / Sales

REED Business Support Bristol are currently supporting a number of fantastic organisations in North Bristol and the surrounding areas seeking experienced Customer Service / Customer Care / Sales professionals who are keen to secure a new opportunity either on a temporary basis.
• Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and enter orders appropriately
• Order entry (received orders by phone, fax, email and I-Trade
• Discuss any issues with Sales Representatives / VP Sales / Production Manager regarding orders and changing of existing orders
• Communicate with customers regarding their order status
• Communicate / proactively interact with customers addressing concerns or questions
• Liaise with internal departments relating to any customer issues
• Notify customer and Sales Representative if substitutions will be given or shortages have occurred
• Order entry management – running sales reports, set new item codes
• Greeting customers and other visitors
• Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
• Taking and relaying messages
• Dealing with queries from the general public and customer
• Providing general administrative and clerical support
• Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
• Maintaining the reception/front office area
• All other duties as assigned
Pay rates vary depending on assignment and job role, however we currently pay on average £9.00 - £13.00ph. We also have an array of opportunities which suit both full time and part time hours in a variety of sectors such as the NHS, Schools and private firms.
