REED Exeter are currently partnering with an award winning company that has been recognised for their commitment to both product and service excellence.

Your main aim within the Operations Division team will be to support the company in reaching its stated goals and strategy by providing a first class service during each transaction.

• You will provide an outstanding level of customer service and be capable of switching between the new business ,servicing and telephone support teams
• You will be cross trained to handle all communications with the company via telephone, email, website, self- serve, post and fax.
• To act as the primary call centre for the company, handling and appropriately re directing calls and queries to the correct department and to handle calls on a first call resolution basis.
• To process new business activity through the systems to meet the conversation rate targets.
• Promote the company’s core values and behaviours at all times
• Build and maintain a close and excellent working relationship with the Key Account Managers

• Have good listening skills and attention to detail
• Be persuasive and be able to deliver both good and disappointing news
• Be resilient and have stamina to manage the challenging role in your stride
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and effective communication both oral and written


This role will be suited to an individual with experience of inbound or outbound service centres and knowledge of call centre technology in a customer services environment.
There will be a selection of shifts for the role, either 08.00-16.00, 09.00-17.00 or 10.00-18.00, 24 days holiday per annum increasing after three years employment.
