Customer Service Associate – 6 month FTC - Aylesbury -  £20,000 – QUICK TURNAROUND

An ambitious, fast paced and growing company based in Aylesbury who pride themselves on delivering top-quality customer service, for which they are multiple award winners, are looking for an Customer Service Associate to join their team!

 

Main duties:

  • Responding to incoming calls, outbound calls, emails, webchat and letters
  • Face to face customer interaction
  • Resolving and recording dissatisfaction and/or complaints on first contact
  • Converting new accounts and processing of legal documents
  • Process cash payments
  • Updating changes to customer database
  • Assisting with opening, sorting and scanning of incoming post (when necessary)

Requirements:

  • Experience in any form of customer service is essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of working in a lively and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, be a team player and be self-motivated

Operational hours are 8:30 – 16:30 – 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
