Customer Services Representative

My client based in Westerham is looking for a Customer Services Representative to contribute to the thriving internal sales team with great sales and customer service support to customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Salary £19K-£22K
37.5 hours per week
Office opening hours 08.00-18.00
(Fixed working hours  to be agreed on appointment) Finish at 4pm on Fridays.

Main Duties

• Prioritise and process customer orders and enquiries
 • Use database systems and technology to deliver great customer service 
• Investigate, resolve and communicate customer complaints
• Imput customer information on ‘SAGEx3’ system
• Liaise with company suppliers 
• To ensure all relevant quality procedures are followed so as to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008
• Raise purchase orders and sales orders ,arrange delivery and raise delivery notes for hauliers

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Must be an experienced customer service professional
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Comprehensive administration skills
Excellent Microsoft skills
Accurate record keeping
Prioritise customer orders and workload
Be friendly and approachable
