I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a small team based in Basingstoke paying up to £20000 plus overtime when required.

This role is working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexible hours and starts with an initial 20 days holiday which goes up year by year!

Responsibilities: 
- Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
- Arranging vehicle pick up
- Arranging temporary vehicle replacement 
- Carry out general administration duties 
- Work over time when required 

Successful candidates must be confident and personable with an excellent telephone manner.
