Calling all experienced or wannabe Sales Advisors!

REED are currently acting on behalf of a client based to the south of Cambridge who are actively recruiting for a Sales Advisor.

Applications are currently being considered from experienced Sales Advisors and from bright and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to start a career in Sales.

The Salary for this position is £17,000 basic + OTE of up to £300 per month for the top sellers!

There is weekend working which will be 1 weekends out of 3 and an additional £50 will be paid for every weekend day worked with a day off in the week in lieu.

Due to the location, candidates will need their own transport.

The key purpose of this role is to provide Excellent Customer Service and upsell/ sell products at every opportunity. Key duties include:

- Answer the phone promptly, taking a fair share of all calls.

- Provide callers with pricing and product information.

- Convert enquiries into sales.

- Record customer details and process card payments.

- Email order to relevant branch.

- Liaise with Franchise Owners and subcontractors regarding out of area jobs.

- Import, edit and forward web orders to relevant branches.

- Achieve the orders received target.

- Complete all necessary paperwork.

- Assist branches by processing credit card payments, checking stock availability, ordering tyres, communicating with customers, maintaining notes on jobs, providing information as requested.

- At all times ensure that customers are communicated with and that all problems are resolved efficiently with an emphasis on retaining the customer.

- Provide excellent customer care by being helpful and polite at all times, efficiently resolving customer’s queries and problems, communicating delays etc promptly, liaising between branch and customer.

- A confident communicator with an excellent phone manner
- Enthusiastic and a self-starter
- Comfortable handling the sales process
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- An awareness of customer care and a natural affinity with people
