A vacancy has arisen to join our friendly team based in Watford and provide support to the other team members as required.
This varied and interesting position involves the following –
• Processing telephone and web orders
• Assisting with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Assisting with Customer complaints
• Managing stationery ordering
• Post
• Housekeeping
• Carrying out general administrative duties sometimes to tight deadlines in an efficient and professional manner
The following attributes are essential -
• Excellent IT, word and excel l skills
• Flexible
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to undertake training
• Ability to prioritise own workload unsupervised
The following attributes are desirable -
• Excellent customer services skill
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics/CRM systems would be an advantage but full training will be given.
