An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Adviser to join my client based in Cambridge.

This is a fun and fast-paced company where everybody works together to deliver great service and the best products to their customers.

Monday – Friday 40 hour week. Actual hours are flexible.
This role is initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Salary up to £23,000 depending on experience.

Key duties will include:

Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre

Prioritising work flow to maximise time efficiency, to meet productivity & quality targets

Arrange customer’s services keeping them within date.

Make sure all customers KPI’s and SLA’s are met when dealing with all requests

Support the Customer Service Centre Manager with any tasks request as required by the demands of the Service Centre

Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients through ongoing communication.

Manage and meet deadlines within allocated time frames whilst ensuring client expectations.

You will be:

- Previous experience within a customer service role
- A proactive Candidate with an enthusiastic attitude to work.
- An effective communicator with strong Customer Service skills.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
