I have a number of fantastic opportunities within a financial organisation! My client is looking for people with a passion for customer service to join an expanding team as a Customer Service Advisor. You would be lucky enough to work in the prestigious business district in Liverpool City centre. All roles are temporary to permanent opportunities and best of all, you wouldn’t have to work weekends or evenings! Hours;

Monday – Friday 9AM - 5PM

35 hours per week

Pay: £9.35 per hour plus holiday pay

Job spec;

• Dealing with a high volume of incoming telephone queries
• Tracking all calls
• Provide support to colleagues
• Liaising with other departments when necessary

Person spec;

• Previous experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Attention to detail
• The ability to pick up new systems quickly
