My client is looking for someone to join their busy team straight away! They are a widely known energy company that have been well established for over 10 years!

The location of this role will be in Liverpool City Centre

What will be expected in this role –

• Providing a professional customer service attitude delivering expert knowledge and support to BBE.

• Working with new clients as well as regaining lapsed clients.

• Dealing with sales orders via incoming calls

• First point of contact for customer queries vie telephone/fax/email

• Setting up accounts for new customers.

• Providing customer quotes

Experience needed –

• Experience working in a sales order processing role

• Experience processing payments via Sage Pay

• Knowledge of how to record information on Sage CRM

• Ability to work in a busy demanding customer service role

• Up selling products to customers
