You will be working within an established team of around 16 team members, who all provide a top-quality service to a global real estate service providers. Alongside your team members you will have 3 friendly managers supporting you through the training process to ensure you are able to fulfil the role to its full potential.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be taking inbound and outbound calls from, Contractors, Tenants and Clients to plan, instruct and administer property compliances, queries and repairs all related to property management service the business provides.
This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives near the centre of town and is looking to develop their career within Customer Service Administration and develop a high level of skills to add to your employment profile.
This is not a contact centre role, however the successful candidate will need to have the resilience to deal with a busy workload, strong communication skills and a varied customer service approach to meet business KPI’s and demands.
