This is a temporary role for immediate start based within the head office of a large retail company located in central Milton Keynes. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, one hour for lunch.
The role is to answer calls, emails and social media enquiries from customers. You will be the first contact and will be able to deal with some basic queries and will escalate others to the relevant department.
