I am working with a great company in Hammersmith who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor – Dutch and German speaking (flexible to have one fluent and one intermediate) to join their small team of 5. Whilst this is a small London team - they have a large global presence and you will be liaising with their international offices, clinics and customers worldwide.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will communicating with their customers both over the phone, via email and sometimes face to face in Dutch, German and English. You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with these customers as you will be handling their individual cases from instruction to completion.
This position will be to work in their Hammersmith office Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm - only apply if you're happy working from an office full time and can commute into Hammersmith.
