Our client are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Member on temporary basis for 12 weeks initially. In this key role you will complete the efficient and effective investigation of data using various technologies and systems to make appropriate updates of customer’s accounts in our SAP system.
The role holder will ensure the data is used effectively and correctly to understand a customer’s circumstances and making the appropriate updates to customer’s accounts. This requires the use web-based products and data entry in a performance lead environment. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently using your own initiative and the work you do will have a measurable impact on the business.
The role will involve telephone contact with customers, estate agents, property owners and other parts of the business so great communication and customer service skills are essential along with the ability to work in a target driven environment.
