Customer Service Advisor - Home based
This is a fantastic to work within this market leading Huntingdon based organisation within this varied and fast paced customer focussed role.
The role will of course involve high levels of written and verbal customer communication, but is much more varied than a call centre position, involving the collection of at times complex research information relating to customer locations, high levels of interaction with other departments within the organisation, including the field teams.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task multiple processes and orders.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and is due to run for 8 weeks. If extended there is the possibility of a requirement for a mix of home and office working.
