REED are working with a fantastic organisation in King’s Lynn, recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team on a Permanent full time basis
The role requires someone with existing office-based experience, exceptional customer service and administration skills, a positive can-do attitude, drive, self-motivation and an eagerness to learn.
Working Monday to Friday office hours!
- Processing quotations
- Handling phone calls and dealing with customer queries, keeping customers up to date
- Following up orders and ensuring they are complete
- Resolving queries
- Supporting the team and managers
- Providing the highest standards of service and maintaining customer relationships
- Updating records with high levels of accuracy
- Salary between £19,000-£23,000 negotiable dependant on experience
