Our well established NHS client are looking to appoint a Specialist Customer Service Advisor for their Customer Service Team. This will be a full-time temporary position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 10pm with varying early or late shifts through the week.
For this particular Customer Service position our client is ideally looking for someone who has recent call centre/ customer service experience and is emotionally resilient. The successful operator will be the first point of call for referrals and service users who may be in crisis, so an ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult calls will be required along with emotional resilience.
Training will be provided for the successful applicant, however any previous experience within in a similar setting would be hugely advantageous for this position. Any prior internal NHS IT system knowledge that you can bring to the role, would also be very welcome.
