I am currently looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join a rapidly expanding company based in Liverpool City Centre - looking to start ASAP. Salary - Up to £21,000 (depending on experience)
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible working may be required from time to time)
Your duties will include:
Providing an excellent customer service
Answering phone calls from customers and suppliers
Answering and composing emails
Dealing with complaints and solving on the spot
Supporting management team with ad hoc tasks
Working closely with management ensuring the most seamless customer service is delivered at all times

The ideal candidate for this role:
Customer Service experience is essential
Retail customer service experience is desirable
You must be - driven, ambitious, flexible and adaptable
