Working in the Customer Care Team, you are in the frontline of this business. You will face plenty of challenges in this role and it is your responsibility to ensure that customer queries are resolved in an effective and efficient manner. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be resilient, patient and empathetic. No two days will be the same!
- Answering queries over the telephone, via email and live chat
- Resolving problems in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining in – house databases
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Working hours are between 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday) and 8:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays). Saturdays are typically worked on rotation and you will work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
This is a full time role that is due to start mid – end of May. Please be aware that the official start date will be dependent on when the Government lifts current restrictions. Interviews will be conducted remotely within the next week or so.
This position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
