My client a service provider to businesses across the UK are looking for two people to join the team ASAP, ideally by the end of this week.
This business is going from strength to strength and currently at the point where they are turning down business do to the volume they are currently working on, hence the need for additional staff.
In this position the appointed people will be expected to do the following (but not limited to);
* Answer incoming calls and deal with queries
* Respond to issues before they have been raised by the client
* Ensure that all queries have been fully dealt with
* Learn the products inside out to give best customer experience
* Upsell on benefits
The way that bonus can be earned with this business, is by ensuring that queries have been resolved, no outstanding issues, the quality of the calls, and much more. Once made permanent, this will be paid on a quarterly basis and will be looking like a few hundred pounds if KPI's have been met.
This position will be temping for roughly 13 weeks and then if successful in the role, a permanent offer will be made.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a 30 minute lunch break paying £8.75 per hour.
