Duties to include:
- Take inbound calls from employees, customers and clients and trying to resolve queries on the first call.
- Providing telephone support where necessary to advise employees and customers on the best action to take
- Allocating work to field based engineers
- Owning individual work load and following up with customers when required
- Responding to email enquiries
- Manage multiple email inboxes
The successful applicant will be:
- A team player
- Once trained, have the ability to make decisions
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience using an internal database or CRM system
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
