Reed in Newbury are currently assisting a global, passionate and forward thinking company in the provision of a customer service representative. They are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic and well organised candidate to join a well established leading distributor who pride themselves on customer service excellence.

This company boasts of a very competitive salary and attractive package. This role is Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

My client are based on the outskirts of Newbury near Hungerford so you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of customer sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Managing inventory levels and raising supplier purchase orders
• Provide support for our UK field based Sales Team:
- Issuing and monitoring of sample products and inventory
- Coordinating product returns and repairs and update central database
- Assisting with sales quotations, updating and utilising our CRM programme Salesforce
• Managing and reporting on product back orders, liaising with suppliers for speedy delivery
• Facilitate the administration function to support our consignment inventory management
• Managing customer enquiries and expectations concerning stock availability and pricing
• Daily sales reports
• Manage filing and archiving systems
• To undertake any ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
