Reed Business Support is proud to be representing a growing manufacturing business in the Blackburn area who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities are:
• Providing professional advice to customers
• Attending to customers’ needs and issues
• Resolving and reporting customer complaints
• Collating information for KPI’s
• Updating customers on their order and any changes
• Responding to delivery and product queries
• Assisting the sales team with general administration as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Strong customer service skills
• Can work well with a team
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role – preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT skills

Dayshift working pattern 8:30-5pm. This is a full time, permanent role. The salary on offer is £16k - £18k dependent on experience.
