Our client, The Open University is looking to source a number of full time Student Recruitment and Support Advisors.

This role starts on the 25th September 2017 to the 31st January 2018 - full commitment is required.

This role is full time working 37 hours, paying £10.03ph.

The role will require flexible working hours within a range from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, (with one late night a week but maybe more and possibly 2 Saturdays per month with a day off in the week).

To provide proactive support, information and routine advice to enquirers on all aspects of registration to study and to subsequently reserve and register customers onto the system whilst adhering to the service policy and practice.

To communicate via telephone, email, letter and other mediums as necessary.

To make use of computerised database systems to maintain customer, company and enquirer details.

This role will require 7 weeks full time training until 10th November 2017 and is working normal office hours and unfortunately there are no holidays allowed during this period.

Due to peak calling time, unfortunately there will also be a restriction on holiday between
1st - 13th January 2018.
